Applicants are advised to use only Google or Yahoo email accounts in securing a schedule to avoid any technical incompatibilities.
Applicants are also reminded that the email account used for appointment must be valid, active and accessible as the schedule confirmation will be sent to that email account.
EXAMINATION:
- Click the allow button, when a notification appears asking for permission to use your computer camera.
- There is a time limit indicated for each question in the exam.
- Indicate your answer within the time limit as you cannot go back to the previous questions to check your answer.
- Answer each question since you cannot proceed to the next question even if you press the next button.
- If you encounter any problem where you cannot continue with the exam, please call 0977-8330477 immediately and state the problem.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Online Exam Scheduling System allocates slots on a first come, first served basis. Limited Slots are available per day and there is no guarantee that a slot will always be available for a user’s first choice for an exam schedule.
Users accept the responsibility for checking and verifying the accuracy and correctness of the information they provide on this system in connection with their application, and consent to the collection and use of their personal information for KBP to conduct checks and validation against existing records and previous applications.
Deliberate, multiple attempts to circumvent the system to secure a schedule for the purpose of blocking several dates in advance is detrimental to the service. Users who are found to have abused the system will be blocked from securing a schedule.
All fees are non-refundable. Fees shall be forfeited for the following:
- Applicants who failed to take the exam on their confirmed scheduled appointment;
- Applicants who cancelled their appointment without setting an alternative appointment;
- Applicants whose application was rejected due to inconsistency and/or incorrect details indicated in their exam application form and in the documents submitted;
- Applicants who submitted discrepant and/or spurious/fake documentary requirements.
By proceeding with this application, I understand that I am signifying my unequivocal consent to the disclosure, collection, and use of my personal information and the data required under the KBP Rules and Regulations. My consent effectively constitutes a waiver of any and all privacy rights pertaining to the disclosure, collection, and use of my personal information and data under the specific terms and condition of the KBP Online Accreditation Portal Website's Privacy Policy, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other pertinent KBP rules, regulations, policies on the matter.
